³¹ But Jehu ^[a](A)was not careful to walk in the law of Yahweh, the God of Israel, with all his heart; ^(B)he did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam, which he made Israel sin.

³² In those days ^(C)Yahweh began to cut off portions ^[b]from Israel; and ^(D)Hazael struck them throughout the territory of Israel: ³³ from the Jordan to the east toward the sunrise, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites and the Reubenites and the Manassites, from ^(E)Aroer, which is by the valley of the Arnon, even ^(F)Gilead and Bashan.
